Confront


often, we choose to run away from people and situations that frighten our upset us; and we think that keeping our distance will minimise or keep things under control. but we don’t realise that we are feeding the monster instead.

 

face the unpalatable. ask yourself why the person or situation has that effect on you. is the trigger really them, or could it be that the real reason is somewhere inside you? and you, in fact, reacting to something about yourself that you haven’t been able to face up to?

 

don’t fun. stop. look. listen to your heart. and the picture that you see will change.
